Synopsis: Exodus is the second book of the Old Testament. The Exodus was the departure of the Hebrew slaves from Egypt under Moses. The book tells the story of God's call to Moses, the plagues brought down on the Egyptians, and God bringing the Israelites out of slavery and giving them the Ten Commandments.
