For this reason he is the mediator of a new covenant, since a death has occurred for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, that those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance. Hebrews 9:15

The New Testament is the section of the Bible written after the time of Christ. It documents the life and death and resurrection of Christ and the early church following his ascension. It tells us that God's love for mankind is so great, that he sent his only Son to die for us, so that we might be forgiven of our sins and live eternally. (Read more) |
