when a prophet speaks in the name of Yahweh, if the thing doesn't follow, nor happen, that is the thing which Yahweh has not spoken: the prophet has spoken it presumptuously, you shall not be afraid of him.

Hebrew אשר ידבר הנביא בשם יהוה ולא־יהיה הדבר ולא יבוא הוא הדבר אשר לא־דברו יהוה בזדון דברו הנביא לא תגור ממנו׃ ס
Greek οσα εαν λαληση ο προφητης επι τω ονοματι κυριου και μη γενηται το ρημα και μη συμβη τουτο το ρημα ο ουκ ελαλησεν κυριος εν ασεβεια ελαλησεν ο προφητης εκεινος ουκ αφεξεσθε
Latin hoc habebis signum : quod in nomine Domini propheta ille prædixerit, et non evenerit : hoc Dominus non est locutus, sed per tumorem animi sui propheta confinxit : et idcirco non timebis eum.
KJV When a prophet speaketh in the name of the LORD, if the thing follow not, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD hath not spoken, but the prophet hath spoken it presumptuously: thou shalt not be afraid of him.
