when a prophet speaks in the name of Yahweh, if the thing doesn't follow, nor happen, that is the thing which Yahweh has not spoken: the prophet has spoken it presumptuously, you shall not be afraid of him.

Greek | οσα εαν λαληση ο προφητης επι τω ονοματι κυριου και μη γενηται το ρημα και μη συμβη τουτο το ρημα ο ουκ ελαλησεν κυριος εν ασεβεια ελαλησεν ο προφητης εκεινος ουκ αφεξεσθε |
Latin | hoc habebis signum : quod in nomine Domini propheta ille prædixerit, et non evenerit : hoc Dominus non est locutus, sed per tumorem animi sui propheta confinxit : et idcirco non timebis eum. |
