Hebrew ולא־יכלה עוד הצפינו ותקח־לו תבת גמא ותחמרה בחמר ובזפת ותשם בה את־הילד ותשם בסוף על־שפת היאר׃
Greek επει δε ουκ ηδυναντο αυτο ετι κρυπτειν ελαβεν αυτω η μητηρ αυτου θιβιν και κατεχρισεν αυτην ασφαλτοπισση και ενεβαλεν το παιδιον εις αυτην και εθηκεν αυτην εις το ελος παρα τον
Latin Cumque jam celare non posset, sumpsit fiscellam scirpeam, et linivit eam bitumine ac pice : posuitque intus infantulum, et exposuit eum in carecto ripæ fluminis,
KJV And when she could not longer hide him, she took for him an ark of bulrushes, and daubed it with slime and with pitch, and put the child therein; and she laid it in the flags by the river's brink.
