The presence of orphaned footnote markers throughout the Criticisms section suggest that the majority of this article has been copied verbatim from somewhere else. To avoid confusion, I will remove the footnote markers, but can anyone confirm whether this is original? Matt 15:52, 28 August 2009 (PDT)
