Hebrew ויאמר יהוה אל־משה קח את־כל־ראשי העם והוקע אותם ליהוה נגד השמש וישב חרון אף־יהוה מישראל׃
Greek και ειπεν κυριος τω μωυση λαβε παντας τους αρχηγους του λαου και παραδειγματισον αυτους κυριω απεναντι του ηλιου και αποστραφησεται οργη θυμου κυριου απο
Latin ait ad Moysen : Tolle cunctos principes populi, et suspende eos contra solem in patibulis, ut avertatur furor meus ab Israël.
KJV And the LORD said unto Moses, Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the LORD against the sun, that the fierce anger of the LORD may be turned away from Israel.
