God does not Change

For I, Jehovah, change not; therefore ye, O sons of Jacob, are not consumed. (ASV) (Malachi 3:6)

God does Change

And Jehovah repented of the evil which he said he would do unto his people. (ASV) (Exodus 32:14)

And God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil which he said he would do unto them; and he did it not. (ASV) (Jonah 3:10 )
