Holy Trinity Church is an Anglican church on North Terrace, in the city of Adelaide, South Australia. It was the first church built in Adelaide shortly after British settlement. Trinity is the largest Anglican church in South Australia with over 1200 people attending each Sunday.

Today it is an evangelical and conservative Anglican church with a large congregation. It's main campus lies near Adelaide University, and is involved various student Christian organizations.

Holy Trinity also has 2 church plants, Trinity Hills, in the Adelaide Hills, and Trinity Bay, in the Adelaide sea-side suburb of Brighton.
