In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1

In brief: At the centre of Christianity is a creative God who made all things. The book of Genesis tells us that humans have been created by God, in his image. It also tells us that everything God made was good. But because of human rebellion to God, this good creation has been spoilt. God is working today to make a new creation.
