You adulterers and adulteresses, don't you know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

Greek | μοιχαλιδες ουκ οιδατε οτι η φιλια του κοσμου εχθρα του θεου εστιν ος εαν ουν βουληθη φιλος ειναι του κοσμου εχθρος του θεου καθισταται |
Latin | Adulteri, nescitis quia amicitia hujus mundi inimica est Dei ? quicumque ergo voluerit amicus esse sæculi hujus, inimicus Dei constituitur. |
