Matthew George Easton (1823-1894) was a famous eighteenth century Presbyterian preacher and writer from Scotland. He is most well known for his biblical encyclopedia, Easton's Bible Dictionary, which was published three years after his death. The English translations of two of Franz Delitzsch's commentaries are among his other works.
