The holy ghost exists as an ad-hoc method of resolving one logical flaw inherent to duality; when god is exclusively in another 'reality', logically, a messenger must be created to this one, else he's no god of this realm.
Reject any belief that relies on such "oh shit, lets fix our logical fuck up" methodology.
