Hebrew ואשר שמע ולא עשה דומה לאיש אשר בנה בית על הקרקע בלי יסוד ויפרץ בו הנהר ויפל פתאם ויגדל שבר הבית ההוא׃
Greek ο δε ακουσας και μη ποιησας ομοιος εστιν ανθρωπω οικοδομησαντι οικιαν επι την γην χωρις θεμελιου η προσερηξεν ο ποταμος και ευθυς συνεπεσεν και εγενετο το ρηγμα της οικιας εκεινης μεγα
Latin Qui autem audit, et non facit, similis est homini ædificanti domum suam super terram sine fundamento : in quam illisus est fluvius, et continuo cecidit : et facta est ruina domus illius magna.
KJV But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.
