Hebrew ויראו אחיו כי־אתו אהב אביהם מכל־אחיו וישנאו אתו ולא יכלו דברו לשלם׃
Greek ιδοντες δε οι αδελφοι αυτου οτι αυτον ο πατηρ φιλει εκ παντων των υιων αυτου εμισησαν αυτον και ουκ εδυναντο λαλειν αυτω ουδεν
Latin Videntes autem fratres ejus quod a patre plus cunctis filiis amaretur, oderant eum, nec poterant ei quidquam pacifice loqui.
