Hebrew וכשמעי את־הדבר הזה קרעתי את־בגדי ומעילי ואמרטה משער ראשי וזקני ואשבה משוםם׃
Greek και ως ηκουσα τον λογον τουτον διερρηξα τα ιματια μου και επαλλομην και ετιλλον απο των τριχων της κεφαλης μου και απο του πωγωνος μου και εκαθημην
Latin Cumque audissem sermonem istum, scidi pallium meum et tunicam, et evelli capillos capitis mei et barbæ, et sedi mœrens.
