Hebrew ועתה כה־תאמר לעבדי לדוד כה אמר יהוה צבאות אני לקחתיך מן־הנוה מאחר הצאן להיות נגיד על־עמי על־ישראל׃
Greek και νυν ταδε ερεις τω δουλω μου δαυιδ ταδε λεγει κυριος παντοκρατωρ ελαβον σε εκ της μανδρας των προβατων του ειναι σε εις ηγουμενον επι τον λαον μου επι τον
Latin Et nunc hæc dices servo meo David : Hæc dicit Dominus exercituum : Ego tuli te de pascuis sequentem greges, ut esses dux super populum meum Israël :
