In the last few days, some users have targeted us for vandalism for no apparent reason other than being a Christian wiki community. These users have been banned from accessing the site but the bigger question is - why are they targetting us and how can we make sure we protect ourselves? I rolled back so many pages in the last few days due to vandalism than in my entire life. It seems like they are using dynamic IP's.(I did an I.P. search and found that one of the user is from the Netherlands.)

As Wikichristian is growing, it places huge demands on the server. This is causing the current webserver to be busy and unresponsive at times. We have just signed up for a much higher capacity server at serverpronto.com costing $99.99 as compared to the present $25.99. We are setting up the wiki and working on getting all the files and database moved over. Hopefully, we will be able to get this server setup soon so that we do not have to worry about server being down. We appreciate all the hardwork and solidarity in making this project what it is. If you would like to contribute toward the expenses, which are currently born by me, you can leave a message here or on talk page.

Message to the vandals - If you have something to say, then perhaps instead of destroying pages with obscenities about God, you could write a serious article titled "Why I don't believe in God" under the Atheism section or "Why I am into the occult" under the the Wikka and witch-craft section. Otherwise, please remember that if you don't like this internet site, then you don't have to visit.

God bless!

I urge all Christians to help us keep this project clean by rolling the pages back and reporting the abusive IP addresses to the sysops, User:Prab or User:Graham grove and pray for these people for they know not what they are doing! Christianity has withstood all kinds of persecution in the past and we will do in this day and age! Thanks to everybody for the active part in building this new wiki Christian project and for all the help, support and prayers.

We had to protect many pages in order to prevent vandalism. If you would like to edit a protected page, please leave the message in the respective talk pages with your username or mail ID and a sysop will contact you. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Genuine Users

As we had to protect most of the pages, the genuine users may find it difficult to edit content. If you are interested in editing the content, you should post your testimony and leave a message in the talk page so that we can  consider making you a sysop.

Please use the talk page for any messages. Thanks.

In order to facilitate Genuine Users to start new topics, we created a temporary start page where you can create a new page on any given topic. IF you would like to contribute to any protected page, please contact one of the sysops user:Prab or User:Graham grove. Sorry for the inconvenience.

God bless!
