Welcome

Hi Kathleen. Thanks for you contributions. --Muser 03:38, 5 November 2007 (EST)

Hello Kathleen. It's nice to see a fellow Adelaidean editing at WikiChristian. Would you like put a link for your church in the Churches in Adelaide Index section? --Graham grove 03:54, 5 November 2007 (EST)

(I read your reply to Graham grove). I agree, that the spam filter is a bit annoying isn't it? I'm not sure how to change it, but I guess we just work around it. I'm intrigued by your statement that "I am a Christian but I don't go to church because some people that go to church are hypocrites." - I'm not offended in any way, I'm just intrigued. Could you expand a little? --Muser 05:08, 5 November 2007 (EST)

Hi Kathleen. Thanks for your contributions so far. I notice that you removed some of the "red" links in different articles. I think that its worth keeping these red links in, because eventually they be editted and new pages will be created. So rather than removing red links, it may be better to add content to them. Oh, by the way, have you seen: WikiChristian:Beliefs? --Muser 15:16, 6 November 2007 (EST)

Hi. Yes I've seen the Vietnamese pages. Someone worked on them some time ago. I think they are passages from the Bible. I'm happy to leave it for the moment, and see if someone continues to work on it in the future. --Graham grove 14:21, 9 November 2007 (EST)

Thanks for putting all the clean-up tags. Unfortunately it still doesn't solve the problem. For example, I've deleted the givemepink page for About Moore College, but if you search for "Moore College" it still appears. The problem appears to be related to the single slash (/) and the double slash (//). --Muser 21:29, 10 November 2007 (EST)

Okay, I've worked out a way of getting rid of the files with the // as well. It takes a little time, but I'll get there over the next few weeks. --Muser 22:05, 10 November 2007 (EST)

Thanks by the way for the work you are doing. You might have noticed that there are different styles of pages. Currently we are working on changing all the pages to the standard style that is described at Wikichristian:Page Layout. We would love for you to help us change some of the older pages into this style. Note that this style is for the main article for a topic; it doesn't apply for opinion articles (see Wikichristian:Opinion articles for information about these). --Muser 22:18, 10 November 2007 (EST)

Re: Vandalism Reverting

Hi Kathleen! Thanks for removing the vandalism of the funny looking animal-thing from those pages. Where do people come up with this stuff? Actually, a better question is why do they come up with it?

Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that next time you revert vandalism, make sure you don't just blank the page; if you do that, then all the work previously made on that page will be erased, and someone has to go back and revert again to the last non-vandalised version. If only one vandal edit has been made to the page, just use the "undo" button found in the page's history. If two or more vandal edits have been made to the same page, then:

  1. Click "History" at the top of the article,
  2. Click the date of the last non-vandalised version,
  3. Click "edit the page" when the page opens,
  4. Type in an edit summary such as "reverted vandalism" and then click save.
