Talk:Crusades

I don't know much about the "Peace of God" movement and so the sentence "The intention to give these knights a new "field of action" may have been one of the causes of the crusades" doesn't make sense to me. I think just a bit of extra information is needed to explain this sentence. Would someone be able to expand it a little? --Graham grove 15:15, 23 July 2008 (PDT)
