It is a church plant from the [[Anglican]] church [[St Andrew's (Chorleywood, Hertfordshire|St Andrew's]] in Chorleywood, Hertfordshire. According to their mission statement, they are "a group of Christians aiming to communicate the Good news of Jesus to the young people of Watford." Although it emerged from the same place as the [[Soul Survivor]] festival, it functions separately from the festival.
