Hebrew ויאמרו האנשים ההמה אליו אנחנו טמאים לנפש אדם למה נגרע לבלתי הקרב את־קרבן יהוה במעדו בתוך בני ישראל׃
Greek και ειπαν οι ανδρες εκεινοι προς αυτον ημεις ακαθαρτοι επι ψυχη ανθρωπου μη ουν υστερησωμεν προσενεγκαι το δωρον κυριω κατα καιρον αυτου εν μεσω υιων
Latin dixerunt eis : Immundi sumus super anima hominis : quare fraudamur ut non valeamus oblationem offerre Domino in tempore suo inter filios Israël ?
KJV And those men said unto him, We are defiled by the dead body of a man: wherefore are we kept back, that we may not offer an offering of the LORD in his appointed season among the children of Israel?
