Hebrew ולא יכלו ללכדו בדבר לפני העם ויתמהו על מענהו ויחרישו׃
Greek και ουκ ισχυσαν επιλαβεσθαι ρηματος εναντιον του λαου και θαυμασαντες επι τη αποκρισει αυτου εσιγησαν
Latin Et non potuerunt verbum ejus reprehendere coram plebe : et mirati in responso ejus, tacuerunt.
KJV And they could not take hold of his words before the people: and they marvelled at his answer, and held their peace.
