Hebrew ויקרע יהושע שמלתיו ויפל על־פניו ארצה לפני ארון יהוה עד־הערב הוא וזקני ישראל ויעלו עפר על־ראשם׃
Greek και διερρηξεν ιησους τα ιματια αυτου και επεσεν ιησους επι την γην επι προσωπον εναντιον κυριου εως εσπερας αυτος και οι πρεσβυτεροι ισραηλ και επεβαλοντο χουν επι τας κεφαλας
Latin Josue vero scidit vestimenta sua, et pronus cecidit in terram coram arca Domini usque ad vesperam, tam ipse quam omnes senes Israël : miseruntque pulverem super capita sua,
