Hebrew סיחון מלך האמרי היושב בחשבון משל מערוער אשר על־שפת־נחל ארנון ותוך הנחל וחצי הגלעד ועד יבק הנחל גבול בני עמון׃
Greek σηων τον βασιλεα των αμορραιων ος κατωκει εν εσεβων κυριευων απο αροηρ η εστιν εν τη φαραγγι κατα μερος της φαραγγος και το ημισυ της γαλααδ εως ιαβοκ ορια υιων
Latin Sehon rex Amorrhæorum, qui habitavit in Hesebon, dominatus est ab Aroër, quæ sita est super ripam torrentis Arnon, et mediæ partis in valle, dimidiæque Galaad, usque ad torrentem Jaboc, qui est terminus filiorum Ammon.
