Hebrew ויתכסו שקים האדם והבהמה ויקראו אל־אלהים בחזקה וישבו איש מדרכו הרעה ומן־החמס אשר בכפיהם׃
Greek και περιεβαλοντο σακκους οι ανθρωποι και τα κτηνη και ανεβοησαν προς τον θεον εκτενως και απεστρεψαν εκαστος απο της οδου αυτου της πονηρας και απο της αδικιας της εν χερσιν αυτων
Latin Et operiantur saccis homines et jumenta, et clament ad Dominum in fortitudine : et convertatur vir a via sua mala, et ab iniquitate quæ est in manibus eorum.
KJV But let man and beast be covered with sackcloth, and cry mightily unto God: yea, let them turn every one from his evil way, and from the violence that is in their hands.
