Hebrew על־מה אנחנו ישבים האספו ונבוא אל־ערי המבצר ונדמה־שם כי יהוה אלהינו הדמנו וישקנו מי־ראש כי חטאנו ליהוה׃
Greek επι τι ημεις καθημεθα συναχθητε και εισελθωμεν εις τας πολεις τας οχυρας και απορριφωμεν οτι ο θεος απερριψεν ημας και εποτισεν ημας υδωρ χολης οτι ημαρτομεν εναντιον
Latin Quare sedemus ? convenite, et ingrediamur civitatem munitam, et sileamus ibi, quia Dominus Deus noster silere nos fecit, et potum dedit nobis aquam fellis : peccavimus enim Domino.
