The Jehovah's Witness Church does not subscribe to the orthodox Christian view of the Trinity. It teaches Jesus is a created being and God's first creation, and not the uncreated second person of the Trinity. The Jehovah's Witness use the New World Translation of the Bible which was translated by the New World Bible Translation Commitee. This translation has a couple of its verses translated differently then many translations. In this translation, Jesus is referred to as "a god" at John 1:1.
Some of their beliefs are similar to Arianism.
