Hebrew כי רוח יזרעו וסופתה יקצרו קמה אין־לו צמח בלי יעשה־קמח אולי יעשה זרים יבלעהו׃
Greek οτι ανεμοφθορα εσπειραν και η καταστροφη αυτων εκδεξεται αυτα δραγμα ουκ εχον ισχυν του ποιησαι αλευρον εαν δε και ποιηση αλλοτριοι καταφαγονται
Latin Quia ventum seminabunt, et turbinem metent : culmus stans non est in eo ; germen non faciet farinam : quod etsi fecerit, alieni comedent eam.
KJV For they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind: it hath no stalk: the bud shall yield no meal: if so be it yield, the strangers shall swallow it up.
