Hebrew ויאמר יהוה אל־קין אי הבל אחיך ויאמר לא ידעתי השמר אחי אנכי׃
Greek και ειπεν ο θεος προς καιν που εστιν αβελ ο αδελφος σου ο δε ειπεν ου γινωσκω μη φυλαξ του αδελφου μου ειμι
Latin Et ait Dominus ad Cain : Ubi est Abel frater tuus ? Qui respondit : Nescio : num custos fratris mei sum ego ?
KJV And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
