Hebrew אבל העם רב והעת גשמים ואין כח לעמוד בחוץ והמלאכה לא־ליום אחד ולא לשנים כי־הרבינו לפשע בדבר הזה׃
Greek αλλα ο λαος πολυς και ο καιρος χειμερινος και ουκ εστιν δυναμις στηναι εξω και το εργον ουκ εις ημεραν μιαν και ουκ εις δυο οτι επληθυναμεν του αδικησαι εν τω ρηματι
Latin Verumtamen quia populus multus est, et tempus pluviæ, et non sustinemus stare foris, et opus non est diei unius vel duorum (vehementer quippe peccavimus in sermone isto),
