Hebrew בצאת־האיש קדים וקו בידו וימד אלף באמה ויעברני במים מי אפסים׃
Greek καθως εξοδος ανδρος εξ εναντιας και μετρον εν τη χειρι αυτου και διεμετρησεν χιλιους εν τω μετρω και διηλθεν εν τω υδατι υδωρ
Latin Cum egrederetur vir ad orientem, qui habebat funiculum in manu sua, et mensus est mille cubitos, et traduxit me per aquam usque ad talos.
KJV And when the man that had the line in his hand went forth eastward, he measured a thousand cubits, and he brought me through the waters; the waters were to the ancles.
