Exodus 27 Text (WEB)
  1. "You shall make the altar of acacia wood, five cubits long, and five cubits broad; the altar shall be foursquare: and its height shall be three cubits.
  2. You shall make its horns on its four corners; its horns shall be of one piece with it; and you shall overlay it with brass.
  3. You shall make its pots to take away its ashes, its shovels, its basins, its flesh hooks, and its fire pans: all its vessels you shall make of brass.
  4. You shall make a grating for it of network of brass: and on the net you shall make four bronze rings in its four corners.
  5. You shall put it under the ledge around the altar beneath, that the net may reach halfway up the altar.
  6. You shall make poles for the altar, poles of acacia wood, and overlay them with brass.
  7. Its poles shall be put into the rings, and the poles shall be on the two sides of the altar, when carrying it.
  8. You shall make it with hollow planks. They shall make it as it has been shown you on the mountain.
  9. "You shall make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen one hundred cubits long for one side:
  10. and its pillars shall be twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars and their fillets shall be of silver.
  11. Likewise for the north side in length there shall be hangings one hundred cubits long, and its pillars twenty, and their sockets twenty, of brass; the hooks of the pillars, and their fillets, of silver.
  12. For the breadth of the court on the west side shall be hangings of fifty cubits; their pillars ten, and their sockets ten.
  13. The breadth of the court on the east side eastward shall be fifty cubits.
  14. The hangings for the one side of the gate shall be fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
  15. For the other side shall be hangings of fifteen cubits; their pillars three, and their sockets three.
  16. For the gate of the court shall be a screen of twenty cubits, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen, the work of the embroiderer; their pillars four, and their sockets four.
  17. All the pillars of the court around shall be filleted with silver; their hooks of silver, and their sockets of brass.
  18. The length of the court shall be one hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits, of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
  19. All the instruments of the tabernacle in all its service, and all its pins, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
  20. "You shall command the children of Israel, that they bring to you pure olive oil beaten for the light, to cause a lamp to burn continually.
  21. In the Tent of Meeting, outside the veil which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall keep it in order from evening to morning before Yahweh: it shall be a statute forever throughout their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.

  1. ועשית את־המזבח עצי שטים חמש אמות ארך וחמש אמות רחב רבוע יהיה המזבח ושלש אמות קמתו׃
  2. ועשית קרנתיו על ארבע פנתיו ממנו תהיין קרנתיו וצפית אתו נחשת׃
  3. ועשית סירתיו לדשנו ויעיו ומזרקתיו ומזלגתיו ומחתתיו לכל־כליו תעשה נחשת׃
  4. ועשית לו מכבר מעשה רשת נחשת ועשית על־הרשת ארבע טבעת נחשת על ארבע קצותיו׃
  5. ונתתה אתה תחת כרכב המזבח מלמטה והיתה הרשת עד חצי המזבח׃
  6. ועשית בדים למזבח בדי עצי שטים וצפית אתם נחשת׃
  7. והובא את־בדיו בטבעת והיו הבדים על־שתי צלעת המזבח בשאת אתו׃
  8. נבוב לחת תעשה אתו כאשר הראה אתך בהר כן יעשו׃ ס
  9. ועשית את חצר המשכן לפאת נגב־תימנה קלעים לחצר שש משזר מאה באמה ארך לפאה האחת׃
  10. ועמדיו עשרים ואדניהם עשרים נחשת ווי העמדים וחשקיהם כסף׃
  11. וכן לפאת צפון בארך קלעים מאה ארך עשרים ואדניהם עשרים נחשת ווי העמדים וחשקיהם כסף׃
  12. ורחב החצר לפאת־ים קלעים חמשים אמה עמדיהם עשרה ואדניהם עשרה׃
  13. ורחב החצר לפאת קדמה מזרחה חמשים אמה׃
  14. וחמש עשרה אמה קלעים לכתף עמדיהם שלשה ואדניהם שלשה׃
  15. ולכתף השנית חמש עשרה קלעים עמדיהם שלשה ואדניהם שלשה׃
  16. ולשער החצר מסך עשרים אמה תכלת וארגמן ותולעת שני ושש משזר מעשה רקם עמדיהם ארבעה ואדניהם ארבעה׃
  17. כל־עמודי החצר סביב מחשקים כסף וויהם כסף ואדניהם נחשת׃
  18. ארך החצר מאה באמה ורחב חמשים בחמשים וקמה חמש אמות שש משזר ואדניהם נחשת׃
  19. לכל כלי המשכן בכל עבדתו וכל־יתדתיו וכל־יתדת החצר נחשת׃ ס
  20. ואתה תצוה את־בני ישראל ויקחו אליך שמן זית זך כתית למאור להעלת נר תמיד׃
  21. באהל מועד מחוץ לפרכת אשר על־העדת יערך אתו אהרן ובניו מערב עד־בקר לפני יהוה חקת עולם לדרתם מאת בני ישראל׃ ס

  1. και ποιησεις θυσιαστηριον εκ ξυλων ασηπτων πεντε πηχεων το μηκος και πεντε πηχεων το ευρος τετραγωνον εσται το θυσιαστηριον και τριων πηχεων το υψος
  2. και ποιησεις τα κερατα επι των τεσσαρων γωνιων εξ αυτου εσται τα κερατα και καλυψεις αυτα
  3. και ποιησεις στεφανην τω θυσιαστηριω και τον καλυπτηρα αυτου και τας φιαλας αυτου και τας κρεαγρας αυτου και το πυρειον αυτου και παντα τα σκευη αυτου ποιησεις
  4. και ποιησεις αυτω εσχαραν εργω δικτυωτω χαλκην και ποιησεις τη εσχαρα τεσσαρας δακτυλιους χαλκους επι τα τεσσαρα
  5. και υποθησεις αυτους υπο την εσχαραν του θυσιαστηριου κατωθεν εσται δε η εσχαρα εως του ημισους του
  6. και ποιησεις τω θυσιαστηριω φορεις εκ ξυλων ασηπτων και περιχαλκωσεις αυτους
  7. και εισαξεις τους φορεις εις τους δακτυλιους και εστωσαν οι φορεις κατα τα πλευρα του θυσιαστηριου εν τω αιρειν
  8. κοιλον σανιδωτον ποιησεις αυτο κατα το παραδειχθεν σοι εν τω ορει ουτως ποιησεις
  9. και ποιησεις αυλην τη σκηνη εις το κλιτος το προς λιβα ιστια της αυλης εκ βυσσου κεκλωσμενης μηκος εκατον πηχων τω ενι
  10. και οι στυλοι αυτων εικοσι και αι βασεις αυτων εικοσι χαλκαι και οι κρικοι αυτων και αι ψαλιδες αυτων
  11. ουτως τω κλιτει τω προς απηλιωτην ιστια εκατον πηχων μηκος και οι στυλοι αυτων εικοσι και αι βασεις αυτων εικοσι χαλκαι και οι κρικοι και αι ψαλιδες των στυλων και αι βασεις αυτων περιηργυρωμεναι
  12. το δε ευρος της αυλης το κατα θαλασσαν ιστια πεντηκοντα πηχων στυλοι αυτων δεκα και αι βασεις αυτων
  13. και ευρος της αυλης το προς νοτον ιστια πεντηκοντα πηχεων στυλοι αυτων δεκα και αι βασεις αυτων
  14. και πεντεκαιδεκα πηχεων το υψος των ιστιων τω κλιτει τω ενι στυλοι αυτων τρεις και αι βασεις αυτων
  15. και το κλιτος το δευτερον δεκα πεντε πηχων των ιστιων το υψος στυλοι αυτων τρεις και αι βασεις αυτων
  16. και τη πυλη της αυλης καλυμμα εικοσι πηχων το υψος εξ υακινθου και πορφυρας και κοκκινου κεκλωσμενου και βυσσου κεκλωσμενης τη ποικιλια του ραφιδευτου στυλοι αυτων τεσσαρες και αι βασεις αυτων
  17. παντες οι στυλοι της αυλης κυκλω κατηργυρωμενοι αργυριω και αι κεφαλιδες αυτων αργυραι και αι βασεις αυτων
  18. το δε μηκος της αυλης εκατον εφ' εκατον και ευρος πεντηκοντα επι πεντηκοντα και υψος πεντε πηχων εκ βυσσου κεκλωσμενης και αι βασεις αυτων
  19. και πασα η κατασκευη και παντα τα εργαλεια και οι πασσαλοι της αυλης
  20. και συ συνταξον τοις υιοις ισραηλ και λαβετωσαν σοι ελαιον εξ ελαιων ατρυγον καθαρον κεκομμενον εις φως καυσαι ινα καηται λυχνος δια
  21. εν τη σκηνη του μαρτυριου εξωθεν του καταπετασματος του επι της διαθηκης καυσει αυτο ααρων και οι υιοι αυτου αφ' εσπερας εως πρωι εναντιον κυριου νομιμον αιωνιον εις τας γενεας υμων παρα των υιων

  1. Facies et altare de lignis setim, quod habebit quinque cubitus in longitudine, et totidem in latitudine, id est, quadrum, et tres cubitos in altitudine.
  2. Cornua autem per quatuor angulos ex ipso erunt : et operies illud ære.
  3. Faciesque in usus ejus lebetes ad suscipiendos cineres, et forcipes atque fuscinulas, et ignium receptacula ; omnia vasa ex ære fabricabis.
  4. Craticulamque in modum retis æneam : per cujus quatuor angulos erunt quatuor annuli ænei.
  5. Quos pones subter arulam altaris : eritque craticula usque ad altaris medium.
  6. Facies et vectes altaris de lignis setim duos, quos operies laminis æneis :
  7. et induces per circulos, eruntque ex utroque latere altaris ad portandum.
  8. Non solidum, sed inane et cavum intrinsecus facies illud, sicut tibi in monte monstratum est.
  9. Facies et atrium tabernaculi, in cujus australi plaga contra meridiem erunt tentoria de bysso retorta : centum cubitos unum latus tenebit in longitudine.
  10. Et columnas viginti cum basibus totidem æneis, quæ capita cum cælaturis suis habebunt argentea.
  11. Similiter et in latere aquilonis per longum erunt tentoria centum cubitorum, columnæ viginti, et bases æneæ ejusdem numeri, et capita earum cum cælaturis suis argentea.
  12. In latitudine vero atrii, quod respicit ad occidentem, erunt tentoria per quinquaginta cubitos, et columnæ decem, basesque totidem.
  13. In ea quoque atrii latitudine, quæ respicit ad orientem, quinquaginta cubiti erunt.
  14. In quibus quindecim cubitorum tentoria lateri uno deputabuntur, columnæque tres et bases totidem :
  15. et in latere altero erunt tentoria cubitos obtinentia quindecim, columnæ tres, et bases totidem.
  16. In introitu vero atrii fiet tentorium cubitorum viginti ex hyacintho et purpura, coccoque bis tincto, et bysso retorta, opere plumarii : columnas habebit quatuor, cum basibus totidem.
  17. Omnes columnæ atrii per circuitum vestitæ erunt argenteis laminis, capitibus argenteis, et basibus æneis.
  18. In longitudine occupabit atrium cubitos centum, in latitudine quinquaginta, altitudo quinque cubitorum erit : fietque de bysso retorta, et habebit bases æneas.
  19. Cuncta vasa tabernaculi in omnes usus et cæremonias, tam paxillos ejus quam atrii, ex ære facies.
  20. Præcipe filiis Israël ut afferant tibi oleum de arboribus olivarum purissimum, piloque contusum, ut ardeat lucerna semper
  21. in tabernaculo testimonii, extra velum quod oppansum est testimonio. Et collocabunt eam Aaron et filii ejus, ut usque mane luceat coram Domino. Perpetuus erit cultus per successiones eorum a filiis Israël.

  2. And thou shalt make the horns of it upon the four corners thereof: his horns shall be of the same: and thou shalt overlay it with brass.
  3. And thou shalt make his pans to receive his ashes, and his shovels, and his basons, and his fleshhooks, and his firepans: all the vessels thereof thou shalt make of brass.
  4. And thou shalt make for it a grate of network of brass; and upon the net shalt thou make four brasen rings in the four corners thereof.
  5. And thou shalt put it under the compass of the altar beneath, that the net may be even to the midst of the altar.
  6. And thou shalt make staves for the altar, staves of shittim wood, and overlay them with brass.
  7. And the staves shall be put into the rings, and the staves shall be upon the two sides of the altar, to bear it.
  8. Hollow with boards shalt thou make it: as it was shewed thee in the mount, so shall they make it.
  9. And thou shalt make the court of the tabernacle: for the south side southward there shall be hangings for the court of fine twined linen of an hundred cubits long for one side:

  18. The length of the court shall be an hundred cubits, and the breadth fifty every where, and the height five cubits of fine twined linen, and their sockets of brass.
  19. All the vessels of the tabernacle in all the service thereof, and all the pins thereof, and all the pins of the court, shall be of brass.
  20. And thou shalt command the children of Israel, that they bring thee pure oil olive beaten for the light, to cause the lamp to burn always.
  21. In the tabernacle of the congregation without the vail, which is before the testimony, Aaron and his sons shall order it from evening to morning before the LORD: it shall be a statute for ever unto their generations on the behalf of the children of Israel.
