Hebrew ונגשה יבמתו אליו לעיני הזקנים וחלצה נעלו מעל רגלו וירקה בפניו וענתה ואמרה ככה יעשה לאיש אשר לא־יבנה את־בית אחיו׃
Greek και προσελθουσα η γυνη του αδελφου αυτου εναντι της γερουσιας και υπολυσει το υποδημα αυτου το εν απο του ποδος αυτου και εμπτυσεται εις το προσωπον αυτου και αποκριθεισα ερει ουτως ποιησουσιν τω ανθρωπω ος ουκ οικοδομησει τον οικον του αδελφου
Latin accedet mulier ad eum coram senioribus, et tollet calceamentum de pede ejus, spuetque in faciem illius, et dicet : Sic fiet homini, qui non ædificat domum fratris sui.
KJV Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house.
