Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was stricken mute for a while, and his thoughts troubled him. The king answered, Belteshazzar, don't let the dream, or the interpretation, trouble you. Belteshazzar answered, My lord, the dream be to those who hate you, and its interpretation to your adversaries.

Hebrew אדין דניאל די־שמה בלטשאצר אשתוםם כשעה חדה ורעינהי יבהלנה ענה מלכא ואמר בלטשאצר חלמא ופשרא אל־יבהלך ענה בלטשאצר ואמר חלמא ופשרה ׃
Greek μεγαλως δε εθαυμασεν ο δανιηλ και υπονοια κατεσπευδεν αυτον και φοβηθεις τρομου λαβοντος αυτον και αλλοιωθεισης της ορασεως αυτου κινησας την κεφαλην ωραν μιαν αποθαυμασας απεκριθη μοι φωνη πραεια βασιλευ το ενυπνιον τουτο τοις μισουσι σε και η συγκρισις αυτου τοις εχθροις σου
Latin Tunc Daniel, cujus nomen Baltassar, cœpit intra semetipsum tacitus cogitare quasi una hora : et cogitationes ejus conturbabant eum. Respondens autem rex, ait : Baltassar, somnium et interpretatio ejus non conturbent te. Respondit Baltassar, et dixit : Domine mi, somnium his, qui te oderunt, et interpretatio ejus hostibus tuis sit.
KJV Then Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, was astonied for one hour, and his thoughts troubled him. The king spake, and said, Belteshazzar, let not the dream, or the interpretation thereof, trouble thee. Belteshazzar answered and said, My lord, the dream be to them that hate thee, and the interpretation thereof to thine enemies.
