Hebrew כשחוק לכסיל עשות זמה וחכמה לאיש תבונה׃
Greek εν γελωτι αφρων πρασσει κακα η δε σοφια ανδρι τικτει
Latin Quasi per risum stultus operatur scelus, sapientia autem est viro prudentia.
KJV It is as sport to a fool to do mischief: but a man of understanding hath wisdom.
WEB It is a fool's pleasure to do wickedness, but wisdom is a man of understanding's pleasure.
