Hebrew וישמע עלי את־קול הצעקה ויאמר מה קול ההמון הזה והאיש מהר ויבא ויגד לעלי׃
Greek και ηκουσεν ηλι την φωνην της βοης και ειπεν τις η βοη της φωνης ταυτης και ο ανθρωπος σπευσας εισηλθεν και απηγγειλεν τω
Latin Et audivit Heli sonitum clamoris, dixitque : Quis est hic sonitus tumultus hujus ? At ille festinavit, et venit, et nuntiavit Heli.
KJV And when Eli heard the noise of the crying, he said, What meaneth the noise of this tumult? And the man came in hastily, and told Eli.
