I attended an Alpha course series run by members of my local church. I found it was interesting and a good chance to hear a good speaker remind me about God. I certainly learnt from it and enjoyed it. I was disappointed a little because at times because it seemed to skim the surface on some issues a little. I also felt that there was perhaps a little too much emphasis on the Holy Spirit, and perhaps not enough emphasis on God the Father. But overall, I would recommend it to anyone interested in Christianity, or to any Christian.
