Hebrew וירע הדבר בעיני שמואל כאשר אמרו תנה־לנו מלך לשפטנו ויתפלל שמואל אל־יהוה׃ ף
Greek και ην πονηρον το ρημα εν οφθαλμοις σαμουηλ ως ειπαν δος ημιν βασιλεα δικαζειν ημας και προσηυξατο σαμουηλ προς
Latin Displicuit sermo in oculis Samuelis, eo quod dixissent : Da nobis regem, ut judicet nos. Et oravit Samuel ad Dominum.
