Hebrew ויצו שאול את־עבדוק דברו אל־דוד בלט לאמר הנה חפץ בך המלך וכל־עבדיו אהבוך ועתה התחתן במלך׃
Greek και ενετειλατο σαουλ τοις παισιν αυτου λεγων λαλησατε υμεις λαθρα τω δαυιδ λεγοντες ιδου ο βασιλευς θελει εν σοι και παντες οι παιδες αυτου αγαπωσιν σε και συ επιγαμβρευσον τω
Latin Et mandavit Saul servis suis : Loquimini ad David clam me, dicentes : Ecce places regi, et omnes servi ejus diligunt te. Nunc ergo esto gener regis.
KJV And Saul commanded his servants, saying, Commune with David secretly, and say, Behold, the king hath delight in thee, and all his servants love thee: now therefore be the king's son in law.
WEB Saul commanded his servants, "Talk with David secretly, and say, 'Behold, the king has delight in you, and all his servants love you: now therefore be the king's son-in-law.'"
