Hebrew ויזעק שאול וכל־העם אשר אתו ויבאו עד־המלחמה והנה היתה חרב איש ברעהו מהומה גדולה מאד׃
Greek και ανεβοησεν σαουλ και πας ο λαος ο μετ' αυτου και ερχονται εως του πολεμου και ιδου εγενετο ρομφαια ανδρος επι τον πλησιον αυτου συγχυσις μεγαλη
Latin Conclamavit ergo Saul, et omnis populus, qui erat cum eo, et venerunt usque ad locum certaminis : et ecce versus fuerat gladius uniuscujusque ad proximum suum, et cædes magna nimis.
KJV And Saul and all the people that were with him assembled themselves, and they came to the battle: and, behold, every man's sword was against his fellow, and there was a very great discomfiture.
