"Luther" is the title of a movie about the life of Martin Luther, father of the Protestant Reformation.
The 2003 movie starred Joseph Fiennes, Alfred Molina and Peter Ustinov. It was directed by Eric Till and partially funded by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans, a faith-based financial services organization.
Other versions of the movie include the 1973 version that starred Stacy Keach, Patrick Magee, Hugh Griffith and Judi Dench and the 1928 version.
