Miaphysitism is the christology of the Oriental Orthodox Churches. Miaphysitism is the christology of the Oriental Orthodox Churches. These Churches believe that Christ, the Incarnate Logos, is of two natures "human" and "divine" that are united in one hypostasis "without mingling, without confusion, and without alteration".
