Hebrew בפשע ארץ רבים שריה ובאדם מבין ידע כן יאריך׃
Greek δι' αμαρτιας ασεβων κρισεις εγειρονται ανηρ δε πανουργος κατασβεσει
Latin Propter peccata terræ multi principes ejus ; et propter hominis sapientiam, et horum scientiam quæ dicuntur, vita ducis longior erit.
KJV For the transgression of a land many are the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding and knowledge the state thereof shall be prolonged.
