Hebrew הדבר אשר־היה על־ירמיהו על־כל־עם יהודה בשנה הרבעית ליהויקים בן־יאשיהו מלך יהודה היא השנה הראשנית לנבוכדראצר מלך בבל׃
Greek ο λογος ο γενομενος προς ιερεμιαν επι παντα τον λαον ιουδα εν τω ετει τω τεταρτω του ιωακιμ υιου ιωσια βασιλεως
Latin Verbum quod factum est ad Jeremiam, de omni populo Juda, in anno quarto Joakim, filii Josiæ, regis Juda (ipse est annus primus Nabuchodonosor regis Babylonis),
