Hebrew אם־קהה הברזל והוא לא־פנים קלקל וחילים יגבר ויתרון הכשיר חכמה׃
Greek εαν εκπεση το σιδηριον και αυτος προσωπον εταραξεν και δυναμεις δυναμωσει και περισσεια του ανδρειου
Latin Si retusum fuerit ferrum, et hoc non ut prius, sed hebetatum fuerit, multo labore exacuetur, et post industriam sequetur sapientia.
KJV If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.
