Hebrew ויען שר האלף אני בכסף רב קניתי לי משפט האזרחות הזאת ויאמר פולוס ואני אף נולדתי בה׃
Greek απεκριθη δε ο χιλιαρχος εγω πολλου κεφαλαιου την πολιτειαν ταυτην εκτησαμην ο δε παυλος εφη εγω δε και γεγεννημαι
Latin Et respondit tribunus : Ego multa summa civilitatem hanc consecutus sum. Et Paulus ait : Ego autem et natus sum.
KJV And the chief captain answered, With a great sum obtained I this freedom. And Paul said, But I was free born.
