The king of Israel said to Jehoshaphat, "There is yet one man by whom we may inquire of Yahweh; but I hate him, for he never prophesies good concerning me, but always evil. He is Micaiah the son of Imla." Jehoshaphat said, "Don't let the king say so."

Hebrew | ויאמר מלך־ישראל אל־יהושפט עוד איש־אחד לדרוש את־יהוה מאתו ואני שנאתיהו כי־איננו מתנבא עלי לטובה כי כל־ימיו לרעה הוא מיכיהו בן־ימלא ויאמר יהושפט אל־יאמר המלך כן׃ |
Greek | και ειπεν βασιλευς ισραηλ προς ιωσαφατ ετι ανηρ εις του ζητησαι τον κυριον δι' αυτου και εγω εμισησα αυτον οτι ουκ εστιν προφητευων περι εμου εις αγαθα οτι πασαι αι ημεραι αυτου εις κακα ουτος μιχαιας υιος ιεμλα και ειπεν ιωσαφατ μη λαλειτω ο βασιλευς |
