Hebrew ויגדו עבדיו לדוד את־הדברים האלה וישר הדבר בעיני דוד להתחתן במלך ולא מלאו הימים׃
Greek και απαγγελλουσιν οι παιδες σαουλ τω δαυιδ τα ρηματα ταυτα και ευθυνθη ο λογος εν οφθαλμοις δαυιδ επιγαμβρευσαι τω
Latin Cumque renuntiassent servi ejus David verba quæ dixerat Saul, placuit sermo in oculis David, ut fieret gener regis.
