Hebrew	וזאת היא השמועה אשר שמענו ממנו ונגד לכם כי האלהים אור הוא וכל חשך אין בו׃
Greek	και εστιν αυτη η αγγελια ην ακηκοαμεν απ αυτου και αναγγελλομεν υμιν οτι ο θεος φως εστιν και σκοτια ουδεμια
Latin	Et hæc est annuntiatio, quam audivimus ab eo, et annuntiamus vobis : quoniam Deus lux est, et tenebræ in eo non sunt ullæ.
KJV	This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
